VS Code Codely Plugin Installation Guide

Installation Methods​

  1. Open VS Code
  2. Click the extension icon on the left (or press Ctrl+Shift+X / Cmd+Shift+X)
  3. Enter "Codely" in the search box
  4. Find the Codely extension and click "Install"
  5. Restart VS Code after installation is complete

Method 2: Manual Installation​

  1. Visit the Tuanjie AI Official Website
  2. Download the VS Code extension package (.vsix file)
  3. In VS Code, press Ctrl+Shift+P / Cmd+Shift+P to open the command palette
  4. Enter "Extensions: Install from VSIX" and select that command
  5. Select the downloaded .vsix file to install

System Requirements​

  • VS Code Version: 1.70.0 or higher
  • Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, Linux (Ubuntu 18.04+, Fedora 28+, or equivalent)
  • Memory: Recommended 4GB RAM or higher
  • Network Connection: Required to access Tuanjie AI services

First-time Use​

  1. After installation, a Codely icon will appear in the VS Code sidebar
  2. Click the Codely icon to open the panel
  3. Follow the prompts to log in
  4. Once logged in successfully, you can start using Codely's various features

Q: Can't find the Codely panel after installation?​

A: Try restarting VS Code, or check if Codely is enabled in the extensions view.

Q: Errors occurred during installation?​

A: Ensure VS Code version meets requirements and check your network connection.

Q: How to uninstall Codely?​

A: Find Codely in the extensions view, click the uninstall button, then restart VS Code.
