What is Tuanjie AI? What is it suitable for?
Tuanjie AI is a programming agent by Unity China designed for game development. It can be used for writing and modifying code, understanding projects, asset generation, code review, debugging, and automated testing and build tasks. See Tuanjie AI Overview. -
What are the different ways to use Tuanjie AI?
It mainly includes Tuanjie Cowork, IDE extensions, Codely Bridge, and Codely CLI. You can choose your environment in the Quick Start Overview under the "Download" section, and follow the installation and usage instructions under "Quick Start" in the sidebar. -
What are the system requirements for Tuanjie Cowork?
It supports macOS (Apple Silicon, macOS 11.0+) and Windows (Windows 10+). For download and access, see Quick Start Overview. -
What order should beginners read the documentation?
We recommend starting with Tuanjie AI Overview, then selecting your preferred form in Quick Start Overview. After logging in, read Core Workflows, and use Documentation Navigation when you need the full picture.

Where to switch models? How to choose between Basic and Core?
The default is generally Basic; for longer tasks, start with Core, and for short Q&A, switch to Basic. Before submitting a prompt, type/in the input box and go to Switch model. For experience and tips, see Models. -
How to check account usage and quota?
GUI: Type/and select Account usage, or visit the usage statistics page (dashboard entry provided in the docs). CLI:codely account usage,codely account stats. See Account & Usage for details. -
What to do if login, subscription, or quota issues arise?
First check Account & Usage. If the issue persists, contact support via Technical Support. For more troubleshooting, see Troubleshooting. -
How to switch accounts?
First switch your account on id.unity.cn, then make sure codely.tuanjie.cn is also switched to the new account. After that, log out and log back in on the client.

Extensions won't install or IDE is unresponsive?
Follow the installation guides for each environment: VS Code, Visual Studio, JetBrains, and check Troubleshooting. -
MCP won't connect or tools are unavailable?
Check the configuration and connectivity per MCP Servers. If issues persist, refer to Troubleshooting and support channels. -
CLI behavior or parameters don't match expectations?

Image and video generation is very slow, how to troubleshoot?
First, AI image generation inherently takes time. Second, make sure TJGenerator generation is enabled in your Tuanjie or Unity project.

How to quickly find help and support?
In the GUI, use/helpto view the help list. Support also provides settings access, export conversations, user manual, and shortcuts. See Support / Getting Help. -
What information does telemetry collect? Can it be turned off? The extension can report anonymous usage data (such as whether suggestions were accepted, model and command names, token counts, OS/IDE, page views, etc.), excluding full source code. For storage, usage, and opt-out instructions, see Telemetry.
