If you encounter a bug, unexpected behavior, or have suggestions for improvement while using Tuanjie AI, you can send feedback through the following channels.
Feedback Channels
1. Use the /bug command (recommended)
In the Tuanjie AI clients (Cowork, IDE extensions) or the CLI, type:
/bug Describe the problem or suggestion you encountered
For example:
/bug When using xxx in a Unity 6 project, the xxx error occurred
The /bug command supports both bug reports and feature requests. See Commands & Interaction and Support.
2. Technical support page
Visit the Technical Support page to submit your issue. This is suitable for complex issues that require manual follow-up.
Recommended Information to Include
To help us locate and resolve the problem faster, try to include the following in your feedback:
- Problem description: the difference between expected and actual behavior.
- Reproduction steps: list the operations that can consistently reproduce the problem, in order.
- Environment information: OS and version, Tuanjie AI client or CLI version, IDE and its version (if any), Unity version (for Unity projects).
- Error messages and logs: complete error text, log snippets, or screenshots.
- Session record: if necessary, use the Export feature to export the current conversation and attach it to your feedback.
