Account Permissions
Overview
Before using Tuanjie AI (including Tuanjie Cowork, IDE extensions, Codely Bridge, and Codely CLI), you need an active account and must be logged in. You should first register or apply for access on the Tuanjie AI website, following the on-screen instructions. Once your account is activated, log in with the same account in the corresponding client to access AI capabilities and related services.
If you haven't applied or your account hasn't been activated, you may not be able to log in, start conversations, or encounter quota and permission errors.
Process
- Open the Tuanjie AI official website in your browser.
- Click Login in the upper-right corner to sign in with an existing account, or follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account.
- After logging in, fill in your information on the Settings → My page and submit it for review.
- Permission results will be sent to your email.
Login and Use
After approval is granted, log in with the same account in your installed Tuanjie AI application. For login entry points, see Quick Start Overview .
If login fails or prompts no permission, first check for username/password errors, then return to the website to confirm your application has been completed.
